All services are provided via tele-health. Below, you will find our current fees for services, effective January 1, 2024, as well as the information provided in our Good Faith Estimate, required by Federal Law.
Mental Health Services
Insurance
Ujima Life Services is an In-Network provider with Aetna insurance, Keystone Health Plan East, Personal Choice, and Cigna. Some insurance companies will reimburse for out-of-network services. Contact your insurance company for more information about out-of-network coverage, coverage verification, and co-pays and/or deductibles.
Payment
We accept all major credit/debit cards and HSA cards for payment.
Copays are expected at the time of service and may be charged before the session begins. Late cancellations are charged $50.00. No-shows are charged the full session fee. No-show fees are not covered by insurance.
Self-pay/Uninsured fees:
Initial Diagnostic Evaluation: 75 minutes $145
Individual Counseling:
45-minute session, $105
60-minute session, $125
Family and Relationship Counseling:
60-minute session: $135
Sliding fee scale available to Open Path members.
Good Faith Estimate:
Good Faith Estimates are provided as required by law.
Coaching
Coaching packages are available starting at $540 for six sessions. Contact us for more information.
Coaching Sessions- $110 per hour for individual sessions.
